Retro Circle Skirt & Dress Pattern

'It's only rock and roll baby' and this dress certainly fits the quote. This dress is so versatile it will take you from daytime to the early hours. Whatever your style, whether its bold exotic prints to plain fabrics is your choice, you are sure to be noticed!  The skirt of this design consists of a half-circle slit to s few inches within waist and a straight panel inserted and gathered to base of section forming front hip yoke. The dress is cut with a straight neckline in front and a deep v at the back where the garment buttons through to hem. Three - quarter length sleeves can be added or armholes faced for sleeveless design if preferred. Be that rockabilly chic!

Recommended Fabrics: Cottons, Poly-viscose blended, Cotton-spandex blended. Please refer to pattern back image for more recommendations.

Fabric Amount Guideline: Fabric amounts vary between 7/8 yds (0.8 meters) and 1 7/8 yds (1.72 meters) for the jumper depending on width of fabric and style chosen, and 3 1/2 yds (3.2 meters) of 36" wide material for the skirt. If you select a Paper Pattern, you will receive a true to scale reproduction sewing pattern printed on A0 premium paper, along with instructions and a full colour front cover. Your pattern will arrive in a clear re-sealable envelope for easy storage. If you choose to purchase the original pattern, you receive a piece of history which may include age related wear and tear.

Sizes

Please note that the size number (e.g. size 12) on the reproduced vintage pattern will most likely be completely different to today's sizing. The further back in time you go, the smaller the clothes get, and you may have to adjust up another size or two.
