1980's Shoulder Dress

Dress 5” (12.5cm) below-mid-knee has blouson bodice, flared skirt, cutaway armholes, elasticized waistline and side pockets. A: Black outline slit and back buttoned band. B: Front slit with shaped collar. Purchased belts. Instructions are in French and also English. Three sizes in one pattern
