    1940s Bunny Rabbit Children's Stuffed Toy

    Recreate the magic and nostalgia of a 1940’s wartime childhood with this adorable ‘Wilfred Rabbit’, toy pattern measuring 18”. Pip, Squeak and Wilfred was a British strip cartoon published in the Daily Mirror (1919 - 1956), as well as the Sunday Pictorial. Concerning the adventures of an orphaned family of animals. Pip the dog, who assumed the father role, while the mother, Squeak, was a penguin. The young son, Wilfred, was a rabbit with very long ears.
