        Judy Garland Style Draped Dress

        Step back in time with this 1940s sewing pattern for the Garland Draped Dress. The smart surplice bodice and V neckline add a touch of elegance, while the gathered skirt creates a flattering silhouette. Choose between three-quarter length sleeves or short sleeves with a unique drape. Channel your inner Judy Garland and create a vintage-inspired masterpiece.

        The smart surplice bodice is gathered at the side seam and finished with a V neckline. The skirt front is gathered to the lowered waistline seam. Style I has three quarter length sleeves and the short sleeves of Style II are fashioned with an interesting drape.
        This dress puts is in mind of the Irene designed wedding dress worn by Judy garland when she married Vincent Minnelli.
