MATERIALS: of yarn (slightly thicker than a 4-ply Fingering and with 85 yards to the oz.) the original short-sleeved jumper took 12 ozs. and the long-sleeved version 14 ozs. You also need one pair each of No. 12 and No. 9 knitting needles, and a No. 10 Aero crochet hook, and some embroidery wools about the thickness of a 4-ply fingering, in coral-red and other colours. For short-sleeved version allow a little more of the red than for long-sleeved design as former has shell edging in red worked on the neck and front edges.
