Made this in a couple days' free time. Fit well without alterations. I'm 37 bust, 31 waist, rectangle shape.

The pattern is straightforward and easy to assemble. I’ve made View A twice, once in a rayon once in cotton poplin, both altered with a zipper rather than buttons in the back. The shoulder head seems extra roomy, almost as if it needs a shoulder pad. It’s a classy top and unusual vintage design that I hadn’t seen in my years of casual vintage pattern collecting. I love it!
