A 1940s off the shoulder Midi dress is available in two styles. Each style has straps to keep the shoulder piece from slipping and available in two styles with either a ruffle to the bottom hem or a straight hem. A sure winner to bring on glamour and bouts of nostalgia and memories of a revolutionary decade.
