        40s Tea Dress & Accessories

1940's fabulous dress & accessory set dating back to 1949: dress and accessory set. The fitted bodice is joined to a smoothly flared, 8 gore skirt. The heart-shaped neckline may be plain, trimmed with clips or flatteringly edged with frills and a bow. Add a vestee of contrasting material trimmed with a ribbon bow for less formal occasions. Extra belts focus attention on tiny waistlines. A sash, held in shape with feather boning or a wide corset girdle, is snugly laced in front.

Offered here as: Digital Download (how to print and assemble). This pattern is also available as a Paper Pattern.
