Our Shipping Options

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — Standard UK Delivery

  • Delivery: Next working day (Monday–Saturday)
  • Tracking: Full tracking included — you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched
  • Packaging: All patterns are carefully packaged to protect them in transit

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Economy UK Delivery

  • Delivery: 2–3 working days
  • Tracking: Full tracking included

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends will be dispatched the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

No Customs Fees for UK Customers

Because we're based right here in the UK (Stockton-on-Tees, North East England), all domestic orders are shipped without any customs charges or import duties. What you see at checkout is the total you pay — simple and transparent.

Delivery to All UK Postcodes

We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes, as well as Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote areas. Please note that delivery to some remote postcodes may take an additional day or two via Royal Mail.

International Shipping - We pay the extras, NOT you!

We also ship worldwide for customers outside the UK. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. 

We, the seller (or shipper) handles every aspect of the international logistics process:

  • Customs Clearance: The seller manages all necessary documentation, declarations, and paperwork required for importing.
  • Duties and Taxes: All import tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), or goods and services taxes (GST) are prepaid by the us, the seller.

Door-to-Door Delivery: The goods are delivered directly to the buyer's specified address without the recipient needing to make any additional payments.

This ensures a seamless, door-to-door delivery experience with no hidden fees for the recipient upon arrival.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly. All orders include tracking, so we can investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
