This 1950's bathing suit and coat is very sought- after sewing pattern dating from the 1950’s; Women's Bathing Suit and Coat: This suit with a cuff at upper edge and a pleat on either side of front is sure to be your favourite at the beach. Wear it with or without the shoulder straps. Coat has three-quarter, kimono type sleeves and a round neckline and may match suit or be contrasting. View 1 shows suit with flap trim at side front. Flaps, cuff and straps are trimmed with rick-rack. View 2 shows contrasting binding trim on suit and coat.
