    Vintage 1960s Shirtwaist Dress

    Shirtwaist dress with convertible neckline and slim three-piece skirt or gathered four-piece skirt. Dress may have long or short set-in sleeves. Long sleeves are gathered into buttoned bands, short sleeves turned back to from cuffs. Slim skirt has side front pleats, low back pleat. With closed neckline, two-piece contrast tie may be buttoned to bodice under collar. Dress has left side zipper. With full skirt and long sleeves, bodice and skirt may be of contrasting fabrics.
