In 1924 German American tailor Jesse Langsdorf of New York who tamed those annoying wrinkles by stitching the necktie from 3 bias-cut pieces Just before the introduction of rayon and nylon which would be perfect for the tie cut in one piece. The depression era clashed bright colours with bold spots and stripes. Stand out from the crowd like Frank Sinatra and Cary Grant in this true to era wardrobe accessory.
