Vintage 1940s Sewing Pattern, Women's 'Betty' Shorts
1940's inspired Fabulous Shorts.
For summer wear, these flattering shorts will make the perfect addition to your vintage wardrobe. They are very simple to make. We have graded and amended a 1940's shorts pattern to fit the modern day shape. The instructions are simple and illustrated suitable for anyone relatively new to dressmaking.

If you select a Paper Pattern, you will receive a true to scale reproduction sewing pattern printed on A0 premium paper, along with instructions and a full colour front cover. Your pattern will arrive in a clear re-sealable envelope for easy storage. If you choose to purchase the original pattern, you receive a piece of history which may include age related wear and tear.
Sizes
Please note that the size number (e.g. size 12) on the reproduced vintage pattern will most likely be completely different to today's sizing. The further back in time you go, the smaller the clothes get, and you may have to adjust up another size or two.
